Instant.pub does not sell your personal information. We never have. We don't trade, rent, or sell the personal data of our customers or website visitors to third parties for money or other valuable consideration.

Some privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act) define “sale” and “sharing” broadly. This page explains your choices and how to exercise them. This is a starting template and should be reviewed by counsel before launch.

What we share, and why

We share personal information only with the service providers who help us run Instant.pub — for example, hosting, email delivery, and analytics — and only as needed to operate the service. We also disclose information when required by law or as part of a business transfer.

Your choices

• Opt out: If you would like to opt out of any sharing that could be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable law, email us at sales@instant.pub with the subject line “Do Not Sell My Info.”
• Access & deletion: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting the same address.
• Authorized agents: You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification.
